Convenient location. Room was very dusty and bathroom was left with previous people's dirty towels.

Beds and the staff
It was clean and very modern.
Great location to LAX with free shuttle bus. Staff were happy to assist with bag storage, extra bedding, snacks and directions. Great option for our family of 6

The location
Very spacious suite. Breakfast was good.
They refused to clean my room on day two it was nasty & trash all over, I had to take it out myself. I had one of the premium room that allows them to clean, make beds, take trash & replace towels. I had to do all that on day two. It was difficult experience coming back to dirty room. I complained to one of the staff & I advised that I had requested receptionist during check in, to put down housekeeping everyday 10am for the rest of my stay, but that didn’t happen.
